Building the System Behind the Social Team

Social Media Operations & Creative Production, Discord

Product updates lived in Engineering's Asana, while Brand and Social needed early visibility to plan campaigns and community comms. Info was siloed and often surfaced too late, so I built a centralized Notion workspace that synced Engineering's launch data into a single, filterable system every team could act on.

  • Master launch database syncing product updates straight from Engineering
  • Standardized intake forms + role-specific views for Marketing, Community & Social
  • Reusable templates & automation that cut manual updates and surfaced launches earlier
  • Adopted org-wide as the default way teams plan and coordinate launches
